Metalink Cites Growing VDSL Shipments in Japan, Korea

Metalink shipped over 30,000 VDSL ports to Japan in June 2004. The company also announced record shipment of over 200,000 ports to Korea — fueled by demand for its Long-Reach Total-VDSL solution. Metalink now expects that its Q2 2004 revenues will be approximately $6.1 million, compared to $3.2 million for Q2 2003, its highest revenues recorded during the last 12 quarters.
