launched its flat rate unlimited wireless service in Los Angeles. Pricing plans start at $30 a month. Customers pay by the month, not by the minute, and services do not require a signed contract, minimum balance or deposit. Long distance service to the 48 contiguous states is available with service plans at $35 a month and up.
