Mplify, formerly known as MEF, introduced its expanded Lifecycle Service Orchestration (LSO) API Certification Program to support scalable Network-as-a-Service (NaaS) deployments across interconnected, multi-provider environments. Announced during an industry event in Bali, the program establishes conformance and interoperability standards for API-enabled service providers seeking to streamline business transactions and eliminate custom integrations.
Console Connect, PCCW Global’s automated NaaS platform, is the first provider to complete certification under the upgraded program. The company earned approval for four critical LSO Business APIs—Address Validation, Quote, Product Order, and Product Inventory. The process, conducted by accredited test partner Amartus, utilized Console Connect’s open-source LSO Adaptor Tool to simplify the translation between proprietary systems and standardized APIs.
Mplify said over 165 service providers are currently engaged in its LSO API adoption lifecycle. Certified providers will be listed in the public LSO API Registry, helping buyers and sellers quickly identify partners with automation-ready capabilities. The program is designed to reduce time-to-market for service providers while building a secure, interoperable foundation for AI-powered, on-demand services.

- Console Connect first to certify across four APIs: Address Validation, Quote, Product Order, Product Inventory
- Validation performed in a cloud environment by Amartus, mPlify’s Accredited Test and Certification Partner
- Console Connect used its open-source LSO Adaptor Tool to bridge proprietary and LSO-standard APIs
- Certified providers are listed in mPlify’s LSO API Registry to facilitate integration and service orchestration
- Mplify to showcase certified use cases at the Global NaaS Event (Dallas, Nov. 10–14)
“Our latest certification with Mplify represents two major milestones for Console Connect. Firstly, it shows our ongoing commitment to standardized APIs… Secondly, it demonstrates how our LSO Adaptor can help other service providers simplify integrations,” said Paul Gampe, CTO, PCCW Global.
🌐 Analysis: Mplify’s rebrand reflects a strategic pivot from standard development to operational enablement, with a sharper focus on AI-driven automation and NaaS scalability. By anchoring interoperability in LSO API certification, Mplify is creating a trusted backbone for programmable service delivery across providers. Console Connect’s early participation positions it to influence tooling, methodology, and best practices for future adopters—critical as carriers race to build automation-ready ecosystems.
