The challenges in implementing AI: To fully leverage AI, the industry needs advanced analytics to understand user experiences, orchestration to manage network resources, and AI itself. Currently, these elements are not fully developed in the telecommunications infrastructure. The importance of education: IBM is working with GSMA to create a training academy to educate industry professionals about AI and the necessary supporting technologies. This initiative is a crucial step towards the widespread adoption of AI in telecommunications.
