Nile Launches Generative AI Platform

In a big step toward fully autonomous networking, Nile has introduced a generative AI-powered platform capable of identifying and resolving network issues before users—or even IT teams—notice them. Purpose-built for Nile’s Network-as-a-Service (NaaS) architecture, the new Nile Experience Intelligence (NXI) combines predictive analytics with large language models (LLMs) to deliver self-healing wired and wireless network performance at scale, backed by a financial performance guarantee.

NXI continuously analyzes billions of data points across Nile’s customer deployments to detect anomalies, isolate root causes, and trigger automated remediation workflows—without manual rule writing or operator dashboards. The closed-loop system eliminates alert fatigue and ensures consistent user experience, regardless of the complexity or size of the enterprise network. By operating across a standardized, cloud-managed infrastructure, NXI scales effortlessly and fine-tunes performance in real-time.

This marks a significant departure from conventional NaaS offerings that still depend on human-configured rules and manual troubleshooting. With NXI, Nile is making good on its promise of truly autonomous enterprise networking—one where connectivity issues are resolved silently, and operations teams are freed from reactive firefighting.

• NXI uses generative AI and LLMs for predictive fault detection and automated remediation

• Closed-loop operation eliminates dashboards, manual rules, and alert fatigue

• Scales across thousands of enterprise networks within Nile’s standardized architecture

• Embedded in Nile’s NaaS, delivering performance guarantees backed financially

• Reduces IT burden while proactively improving user experience across all endpoints

“NXI is a game-changer for Nile. It enables us to stay ahead of user experience and continuously fine-tune the network to meet evolving needs,” said Suresh Katukam, Chief Product Officer at Nile. “This is what true autonomous networking looks like—proactive, intelligent, and performance-guaranteed.”
