Noel Communications, a network operator based in Yakima, Washington, has deployed ADVA Optical Networking’s FSP 3000 and FSP 150 to advance rural connectivity throughout Washington. ADVA said it was selected for the installation based on the rapid scalability and ease of use of its optical transport equipment and Ethernet access and aggregation devices.
