NTT has officially closed its Experience Center (XC) in downtown San Francisco as of June 30, 2025, shifting its client engagement and technology showcase operations to the OneVision Center in Sunnyvale. In a LinkedIn posting, the company said the move reflects a broader consolidation of NTT’s innovation assets across Silicon Valley and a growing emphasis on sustainability and integrated collaboration.
During its three-year run, the NTT XC hosted more than 300 events, including the Upgrade 23 and 24 Expos, which together attracted over 12,000 business leaders. The facility became a key venue for showcasing next-gen technologies, facilitating executive briefings, and fostering partnerships across sectors. However, NTT is now centering its showcase strategy at the Sunnyvale campus, which houses several of its U.S.-based R&D and venture arms.
The LEED Gold-certified OneVision Center brings together NTT RESEARCH, NTT DOCOMO Ventures, DOCOMO Innovations, NTT DATA, and NTT Advanced Technology Corporation. Positioned as a “smart campus,” the site supports joint innovation initiatives and customer engagements under one roof, with the goal of accelerating digital transformation projects.
