Oracle and Microsoft have expanded the availability of Oracle Database@Azure to six regions, including Australia East, Canada Central, and UK South, with plans to extend the service to 15 more regions globally.
MSCI will leverage Oracle Exadata Database Service on Azure to secure and optimize its critical workloads. Additionally, Oracle announced new services such as the Zero Data Loss Autonomous Recovery Service to enhance data protection and the upcoming availability of OCI GoldenGate for improved database replication and integration.
The partnership allows customers to benefit from unified support, simplified purchasing, and Oracle’s robust database solutions, while leveraging Azure’s global cloud infrastructure.
