Orange Business has launched Live Intelligence, a new range of generative AI (GenAI) solutions designed to simplify AI deployment for businesses and local authorities. The announcement, made at Open Tech 2024 in Paris, highlights Live Intelligence as an accessible, multi-LLM platform that supports organizations of all sizes. The solution, initially developed by Orange’s internal innovation teams, has been tested extensively by over 50,000 employees and is now available to external customers.

Targeting the European market, Live Intelligence offers a SaaS-based framework that balances user accessibility with robust data security, hosting sensitive data exclusively in Europe. Features include pre-configured prompts for tasks like document analysis, email summarization, meeting minute drafting, and interview preparation. Orange Business also addresses the risks of “Shadow AI” by enabling businesses to control the deployment, monitor usage, and ensure secure integration of AI technologies.

Key Points:

• Multi-LLM Capability: Supports a range of use cases for beginners and experienced users through a straightforward interface.

• Data Security: Ensures data is hosted and managed within Europe to meet regulatory and privacy standards.

• Adoption Support: Provides comprehensive guidance, including training, implementation, and use-case identification.

• Operational Efficiency: Includes tools to track deployment, user metrics, and AI consumption via dashboards.

• SME Accessibility: Tailored for small and medium enterprises with controlled pricing and scalable features.

“Supporting business innovation through digital services is at the heart of our strategy. Live Intelligence enables all businesses, regardless of their size or sector, to leverage the power of GenAI to improve operational efficiency and customer experience without compromising the security of their data,” said Aliette Mousnier-Lompré, CEO of Orange Business.
