Render Networks has appointed telecom industry veteran Stephen Rose as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Rose, who previously held executive leadership roles at IBM and Nokia Bell Labs, brings extensive experience in network deployment, AI, and automation. His appointment comes at a time of unprecedented fiber expansion, where intelligent automation is crucial for accelerating network rollouts and reducing costs.

Rose has led global telecom initiatives, driving multi-billion-dollar revenue growth at IBM and serving as an operating partner at Bell Labs Consulting. With fiber deployment at an all-time high, he aims to position Render Networks’ software platform as the industry standard for digitizing network deployment and improving efficiency. Render’s technology enables faster project execution, reduced costs, and optimized resource allocation—critical factors as the industry faces increasing infrastructure demands. Rose will officially represent Render Networks at Connected America 2025 to engage with industry leaders on the future of network deployment management.

• Render Networks’ automation platform streamlines fiber deployments, cutting costs and improving efficiency.

• Fiber expansion is at record levels, making automation essential for faster, more scalable network rollouts.

• Render’s software optimizes resource allocation and enables real-time project tracking.

“I’ve worked across every facet of the industry—from deploying networks in the most remote parts of the world to leading AI and autonomous network growth,” said Stephen Rose, CEO of Render Networks. “Render fills a critical gap in digitizing network deployment, and with fiber expansion at an all-time high, I look forward to leading Render through this next phase of growth.”
