Diabolocom, a global provider of cloud-based contact center software and voice AI solutions, has selected Ribbon Communications’ high-density Data Center Interconnect (DCI) solution. The technology enables Diabolocom to efficiently connect its worldwide customers to its advanced software, ensuring seamless data transfer for customer engagement and growth.

The solution, built on Ribbon’s Apollo 9408 compact modular platform, delivers high-capacity optical transport with up to 25.6T in a 2RU platform, using less than 0.07W per gigabit. The platform supports upgrades from 400G to 800G with industry-standard pluggables, offering future-proof scalability. Advanced features such as gNMI streaming telemetry and OpenConfig data models enhance operations, ensuring high throughput and low latency for critical data transfer.

Frederic Durand, CEO and Founder of Diabolocom, emphasized the impact of Ribbon’s technology: “Their highly scalable solution enables the efficient transfer of major datasets seamlessly and economically, supporting our mission to help businesses foster customer loyalty and drive growth.”
