Sabey Data Centers has completed the first building of its new 430,000-square-foot data center campus in Round Rock, Texas, marking a significant milestone in its expansion. The facility, known as SDC Austin, is designed to maximize space while offering up to 84 megawatts of critical power capacity. It supports advanced technologies like liquid cooling and high-density computing, with up to 200 kW per cabinet. The Texas Advanced Computing Center (TACC) will deploy Horizon, the largest academic supercomputer dedicated to open-scientific research, at this new facility.

SDC Austin highlights Sabey’s focus on reliability, security, connectivity, and sustainability. Located in a key tech hub, the campus is expected to serve enterprises and hyperscalers looking for scalable, sustainable data center solutions. Sabey’s energy-efficient design is part of its broader goal of achieving net-zero carbon emissions by 2029.
