The Securities and Exchange Commission is conducting an informal inquiry relating to AMCC’s past stock option grant practices.
Prior to being contacted by the SEC, AMCC had announced that its Audit Committee had begun a self-initiated review of the company’s historical stock option grant practices and related accounting.
