SonicWALL has acquired data backup solutions company Lasso Logic, a San Francisco-based start-up providing continuous data protection for backup and recovery for the small and medium business (SMB) market. Lasso offers a tapeless, hands-free, appliance.
SonicWALL has acquired the assets of enKoo, a start-up based in San Jose, California that offers secure remote access technology for SMBs.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
