The company’s net loss on a GAAP basis for the first quarter of fiscal 2010 was $0.1 million, or $0.00 per share, compared to net income of $10.3 million, or $0.04 per diluted share, for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2009, and a net loss of $16.2 million, or $0.06 per share, for the first quarter of fiscal 2009.
