Spirent Communications has announced key enhancements to its Octobox Wi-Fi testing solutions, aimed at supporting Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and equipment manufacturers as they navigate the evolution of Wi-Fi 7 technology. The enhancements focus on pre-configured automated testbeds specifically designed to test Wi-Fi 7 access points, devices, and mesh systems, helping ISPs maintain robust network performance.
A standout feature of the Octobox upgrade is the introduction of the world’s first isolated-chamber testbed for Wi-Fi 7 devices, from smartphones to VR headsets, designed to optimize performance in real-world conditions.
