Palistar Capital announced the merger of its wireless infrastructure assets managed by Symphony Wireless with CTI Towers, forming Symphony Towers Infrastructure.
This combined entity will manage and market approximately 3,000 assets across all 50 U.S. states, establishing one of the top five private telecom infrastructure platforms in the country. Symphony Towers will focus on driving growth through investments in wireless infrastructure portfolios and individual assets on behalf of Palistar.
The newly formed Symphony Towers will be led by CEO Bernard Borghei, a telecommunications veteran with over 30 years of industry experience, including as a co-founder of Vertical Bridge. Under Borghei’s leadership, the company aims to enhance operational efficiencies by consolidating the management expertise and processes of Symphony Wireless and CTI Towers. The merger represents a strategic step by Palistar to strengthen its presence in the U.S. wireless and digital infrastructure market.
