T-Mobile delivered a record-setting Q1 2025, adding 1.3 million postpaid customers and 424,000 High Speed Internet subscribers—both best in the industry. The company also posted its highest-ever Q1 net income of $3.0 billion and diluted EPS of $2.58, up 29% year over year. Core Adjusted EBITDA grew 8% to $8.3 billion, while adjusted free cash flow rose 31% to a record $4.4 billion. CEO Mike Sievert credited the results to a “customer-first focus” and consistent execution across wireless and broadband segments.

Service revenue reached $16.9 billion, up 5% year over year, while postpaid service revenue rose 8% to $13.6 billion. T-Mobile ended the quarter with 130.9 million customer connections. In addition to expanding 5G Advanced nationwide, T-Mobile launched the beta of its T-Satellite service—delivering direct-to-cell messaging across carriers. The network leadership was underscored by Opensignal naming T-Mobile the global winner for download speed experience and RootMetrics awarding it best 5G availability for the 8th consecutive time.

T-Mobile raised its 2025 guidance, now forecasting 5.5–6.0 million postpaid net customer additions and adjusted free cash flow of $17.5–18.0 billion. Capital expenditures are expected to remain at $9.5 billion, and operating cash flow guidance was increased to a range of $27.0–27.5 billion. The company returned $3.5 billion to shareholders in Q1 alone and continues to integrate new acquisitions, including Vistar Media, Blis, and Lumos, into its expanding footprint.
