TE Connectivity completed its previously announced acquisition of Deutsch Group SAS for EUR 1.55 billion (approximately $2.05 billion). Deutsch is a leading provider of high-performance connectivity solutions for harsh environment applications.

For reporting purposes, Deutsch will be included as part of TE’s Transportation Solutions segment.
