TeliaSonera International Carrier (TSIC) and Hibernia have formed a strategic partnership for global media distribution.
Under the deal, Hibernia Media will acquire TSIC’s MediaConnect business, while TSIC’s award-winning fiber backbone will form the core of the new network. Both companies’s media networks are based on the NetInsight NIMBRA MSR platform, making for easier integration. TSIC owns and operates one of the world’s largest fiber backbones.
