Trellia Networks, a Montreal-based developer of intelligent mobility solutions, has been awarded a management contract to deliver connectivity and enterprise mobility management solutions for Sprint’s Xohm WiMax devices.
Trellia said its Nomad Mobility Platform will provide zero-click seamless roaming to Sprint’s Xohm customers and extensive mobile workforce management to Sprint’s Xohm enterprise customers. Nomad’s intelligent connectivity engine provides access to WiMAX, Wi-Fi, local area and other networks, while Nomad’s powerful policy management capabilities empower IT managers to regain control over their mobile workforce.
