Vendors Test 10 GigE over Copper Interoperability

The University of New Hampshire InterOperability Laboratory (UNH-IOL) completed the industry’s first full-scale multi-vendor interoperability test of the newly ratified IEEE standard for 10 Gigabit Ethernet over copper (10GBASE-CX4). The event, which was held last month at the UNH-IOL, included products from: BitBlitz Communications, Broadcom, Cisco Systems, Fujitsu, LEONI High Speed Cables, Molex Connector, Mysticom Semiconductor, PMC-Sierra, Quake Technologies, Spirent Communications, and W.L.
