Verizon Business has strengthened its global IoT connectivity services by adding Singtel and Skylo as new partners. These collaborations expand Verizon’s Global IoT Orchestration service, enabling customers to access wireless IoT services across 200 territories worldwide. The integration of Singtel enhances mobile network operator (MNO) support in the Asia-Pacific region, while Skylo extends satellite-powered IoT coverage in areas with limited or no terrestrial connectivity. All services are managed through Verizon’s ThingSpace IoT management platform, which offers seamless API integration for centralized device activation and monitoring.
Singtel joins existing MNO partners Bell Canada and Telenor IoT, allowing Verizon Business customers to activate IoT devices internationally via eSIM profiles from Verizon’s carrier partners. This ensures localized connectivity in supported markets, allowing devices to operate as native network subscribers without requiring multiple SIM configurations. Meanwhile, Skylo brings satellite IoT capabilities to Verizon’s U.S. customers, with future plans to expand coverage internationally. Skylo’s technology ensures continuous IoT network availability for critical applications in remote, maritime, and industrial environments where cellular networks are unavailable.
With Global IoT Orchestration now commercially available, Verizon Business customers can leverage a single pane of glass through ThingSpace to manage IoT deployments across multiple networks, geographies, and connectivity types. This solution provides enterprises with a flexible and scalable approach to deploying IoT services globally, combining cellular, satellite, and eSIM-based roaming for seamless connectivity.
