Adjusted EBITDA was $59.2 million in the fourth quarter of 2010 compared to $43.3 million in the year-ago period. Net loss for the fourth quarter 2010 was $6.5 million compared to $13.3 million net income for the year-ago period. The company said its Q4 net loss was primarily due to a $20.0 million impairment charge related to its LMDS licenses.
Total revenue for 2010 was $1.5 billion, an increase of $8.0 million, or less than 1%, compared to 2009. Adjusted EBITDA (a non-GAAP financial measure) increased 25% to $191.1 million for 2010 compared to $152.6 million for 2009.
