Applied Micro Circuits Corporation (AMCC) posted revenue of $76.4 million compared to $69.7 million reported in the preceding quarter and $64.9 million reported in the same period last year.
The company is in the process of restating past results following the conclusion of its internal probe into past stock option grants.
“This was another excellent quarter for us. We delivered significant top line growth and we continue to execute according to our stated goals in every part of our business,” said Kambiz Hooshmand, president and chief executive officer.
