Applied Micro Circuits Corporation (AMCC) today received a subpoena from the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of California requesting documents relating to the company’s historical stock option practices. The company also announced that it has been contacted by the Office of the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of California, which has opened its own investigation into AMCC’s historical stock option practices.
