Amdocs reported that for the quarter ended June 30, 2007, revenue was $712.1 million, an increase of 13.7% from last year’s third quarter. Net income on a non-GAAP basis was $120.6 million, or $0.54 per diluted share (excluding acquisition-related costs, which include amortization of purchased intangible assets and excluding equity-based compensation expense, net of related tax effects, of $32.4 million), compared to non-GAAP net income of $106.2 million, or $0.49 per diluted share, in the third quarter of fiscal 2006.
Amdocs expects that revenue for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2007 will be approximately $725-$735 million. http://www.amdocs.com
