AT&T is collaborating with Acclaim Energy Advisors, a provider of energy management solutions for commercial, industrial, healthcare and governmental consumers, to provide power metering and control systems that enable remote monitoring and switching of loads from the grid to standby generators within seconds.
The Acclaim Energy DLO365 or Dynamic Load Optimization, which is powered by AT&T and uses smart grid technology, can automatically reduce energy loads as small as 100 kW across many customer sites when called upon either by a grid operator or another Demand Response program manager.
