Carl Vogel resigned as president, CEO and a director of Charter Communications. Vogel’s employment contract with Charter was due to expire at the end of 2005.
Charter named Robert P. May, currently a director of Charter and Chairman of the Board of HealthSouth Corporation, as its interim president and CEO until a permanent replacement is found.
