China Telecom Expands to Canada

China Telecom is expanding its services into Canada by means of its U.S. subsidiary. China Telecom will deliver both data and voice services to business and residential customers, including International Private Line, China IP Access, MPLS VPN and retail services, which will be made available throughout Canada.
