Ensim, a provider of hosting automation software, agreed to acquire TeleGea, a provider of service delivery solutions for hosted VoIP services. Financial terms were not disclosed.
The combination of Ensim and TeleGea will offer service providers a suite of software solutions for enabling converged voice and data services with reduced cost of operations and the flexibility to support evolving business models. The combined company will operate under Ensim’s brand, with headquarters in Sunnyvale, CA, and regional offices in Waltham, MA, and Pune, India. Sandip Gupta will continue in his role as President and CEO and Steven Domenikos, CEO of TeleGea, will act as a strategic business advisor to the company. Key members of TeleGea’s management team will hold leadership positions at the new Ensim.
