Leitch Technology, a supplier of high-performance video systems for the professional television industry, agreed to acquire Videotek, a privately company specializing in test and measurement products, for $18 million in cash. Videotek’s portfolio includes video test and measurement equipment, video demodulators, routing switchers, color correctors and processors. Leitch offers content production, storage, processing, transmission and monitoring products.
