Level 3 Tightens Latency SLAs from NYC-Chicago for Financial Apps

Level 3 Communications has begun offering two new ultra-low-latency options backed by service level guarantees on its fiber network between New York and Chicago. Circuits are available at speeds up to 10 Gbps for the low-latency services. The primary targets are financial institutions.
