Motorola Debuts 2.4GHz/4.9GHz Dual-Band Wi-Fi Card

Motorola launched a 2.4GHz and 4.9GHz dual-band Wi-Fi card for municipal-wide and ad hoc wireless connectivity. The standards-based WDE (Wireless Device Enabler) card, which is designed for first responders, provides Wi-Fi connectivity on both the unlicensed 802.11b/g 2.4GHz frequency and the licensed 4.9GHz public safety frequency. http://www.motorola.com
