RMI Expands its Board of Directors

RMI Corporation, which supplies multi-core, multi-threaded processors for communications and consumer applications, has expanded its Board of Directors to include Michael Thurk, chief operating officer of Avaya. RMI recently expanded the size of its board of directors to seven members. In addition to Mr. Thurk, RMI’s board includes newly appointed members, Donald Schrock, former group president, Qualcomm, and Richard F.
