Shanghai Media Group (SMG) and Shanghai Telecom Co Ltd. are planning to expand their IPTV service in China’s largest city to between 80,000 and 100,000 by the end of the year, according to The China Daily. The companies target 300,000 IPTV users in Shanghai by the end of next year.
