Taiwan-based TECOM has entered into a manufacturing partnership with Samsung for the production of WiMAX base stations. 
Under the pact unveiled at this month’s Broadband Taiwan exhibition in Taipeimages/conferences/bb-taiwan.gifi, the companies also agreed to jointly produce RFID modules.
