Tut Upgrades IPTV Headends to MPEG-4 AVC

Tut Systems announced contracts to upgrade existing IPTV headends to MPEG-4 AVC compression technology. The contracts were awarded by triple play pioneers that previously deployed MPEG-2 technology.
