UTStarcom Plans Two-for-One Stock Split

UTStarcom intends to pursue a two-for- one stock split, to be effected in the form of a one-for-one stock dividend. Hong Lu, president and CEO of UTStarcom said the proposed stock dividend reflects confidence “in the long-term growth opportunities” for UTStarcom.
