Wyde Voice released new High Definition (HD) audio and web conferencing bridge software that eliminates the need for Digital Signal Processing (DSP) cards. The company claims is software enables audio conferencing providers to use off-the-shelf hardware to deploy software bridges that scale from 2 to 10,000 concurrent user ports.
Wyde Voice’s HD SoftBridge supports leading HD voice technology such as G.722.2 (AMR-WB), iSAC and a full-feature menu of conferencing capabilities.
The HD SoftBridge starts at $130/port and supports an extensive list of narrowband codecs as well as the Hi-Fidelity Voice codecs.
