XO Communications will provide a co-branded hosting solution to Z-Tel Technologies. The hosting platform supports numerous hosting customers on a cluster of servers designed for superior network availability.
Separately, Z-Tel Technologies expanded its Business Services Suite to include managed local, broadband, email and hosting services. Z-Tel recently signed a three year contract to provide approximately half of Darden Restaurants’ North American locations with local telecommunications services. The agreement encompasses approximately 3,200 telephone lines in 45 states. Darden runs the Red Lobster, Olive Garden, Bahama Breeze and Smokey Bones BBQ restaurant chains.
